In May 2009, a definitive duty was imposed. In April 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2015. In May 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2021. In December 2025, a sunset review was initiated.
