United States of America: Termination of provisional countervailing on imports of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from China, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Viet Nam

In January 2013, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from China, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Viet Nam. The investigation is still in progress. In June 2013, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In August 2013, the provisional duty was terminated from Indonesia and Thailand. In September 2013, the provisional duty was terminated from China, Ecuador, India, Malaysia and Viet Nam.
