On 22 October 2020, the Bank of England announced the list of businesses with outstanding Commercial Papers held by the Covid Corporate Financing Facility (CCFF) scheme. The Boots Company was introduced in the list for the first time. The Bank confirmed that the debt held by this company was USD 384 million.
