On 2 July 2020, the Bank of England announced the list of businesses with outstanding Commercial Papers held by the Covid Corporate Financing Facility (CCFF) scheme. The Bank confirmed that the debt held by Itochu Treasury Centre Europe increased by USD 96 million.
