SACU: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of soda ash from the United States of America

In June 2013, the South African authorities, on behalf of the members of SACU, initiated a new anti-dumping investigation. In December 2013, a provisional duty was imposed. In June 2014, a definitive duty was imposed. In April 2019, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2020. In March 2025, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in February 2026.
