In March 2014, the government of Australia initiated a new anti-dumping investigation, as well as an anti-subsidy investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in March 2015. In July 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty and the definitive countervailing duty was extended for a new period in March 2020. In December 2024, the Australian authorities announced the termination of definitive antidumping and countervailing duties. The duties shall be terminated in March 2025.
