Italy: Introduction of direct grant scheme for business activities in historic centres of the most touristic Italian cities

In August 2021, the European Commission approved an Italian aid measure to support businesses selling goods and services in Italy's most touristic sites. The scheme aims at supporting them in overcoming the drop in tourist activity resulting from the Covid-19 outbreak.
