China: 2021 Foreign Investment 'Negative List' released

27 December 2021 - The Chinese government released a new list of sectors where foreign investment is prohibited. The new announcement liberalises investments in certain sectors but also sets a screening mechanism for outward investments related to certain economic sectors.
