On 5 September 2013, the Government of Vietnam through Decree No. 102/2013/ND-CP issued new regulations for foreigners working in Vietnam.
All work permits issued before the Decree takes effect shall remain valid and do not need to be re-registered. The Decree comes into effect on 1 November 2013.
