Finland: Amendment of FDI screening regime

On 11 October 2020, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland announced amendements to its Act on the Screening of Foreign Corporate Acquisitions (172/2012), with the aim of making the Finish investment review mechanism compatible with EU Regulation. The amendments introduced a tighter FDI screening regime.
