Republic of Korea: Revised U-Turn Act expands benefits category to include information, software, and knowledge services

The Korean Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy (MOTIE) announced on March 10, 2020 the various changes to the U-Turn Act and determined that overseas Korean businesses in the information, software, and knowledge services sector can now receive benefits if they move their operations back to Korea.
