The Brazilian government amended the list of products enclosed in the not-locally produced auto-parts scheme. As a consequence, the import duties set on 24 products were increased and in 3 products were decreased.

Resolution Nº 81 issued by Camex on 25 August 2020 also added 3 new products to the list of auto-parts not locally manufactured. The affected tariff lines were 8505.11.00 and 8523.52.10.
