Russian Federation: Localisation and export requirement for certain medical items procured by the government

On 14 August 2017, the Russian Government introduced an input localization and export requirement for domestic suppliers of certain medical goods. On 19 December 2018, the localization requirements have been reformulated and the export requirement has been dropped.
