Eurasian Economic Union: Extension of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of aluminium strip from Azerbaijan and China following an anti-circumvention investigation

In May 2019, the Eurasian Economic Union initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of aluminium strip from Azerbaijan and China. In October 2020, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2023, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Azerbaijan was initiated. In August 2024, the definitive duty was extended to imports of modified goods from Azerbaijan following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In June 2025, a sunset review was initiated on imports from Azerbaijan and China. In October 2025, the definitive duty was extended until June 2026 (applicable duty extension in November 2025).

On 17 October 2025, the Eurasian Economic Union published a notice extending the definitive duty until 29 June 2026. The applicable duty extension date is 16 November 2025.
