Canada: Extension of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain unitised wall modules from China

In March 2013, the Canadian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain unitised wall modules from China. In July 2013, a provisional duty was imposed. In November 2013, a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2018, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2019. In May 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2025.
