SACU: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain clear float glass from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates as well as Egypt following an anti-circumvention investigation

In August 2018, the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain clear float glass from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. In March 2019, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. In August 2019, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Egypt was initiated. In February 2020, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. In August 2020, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Egypt following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In January 2025, a sunset review was initiated on imports from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. In July 2025, a sunset review was initiated on imports from Egypt. In May 2026, the definitive duty on imports from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates was extended for a new period.
