Indonesia: 2018 reform of MSME loans

On 15 December 2017, the Indonesian Coordinating Ministry for Economic Reforms announced regulation 11/2017 reforming the country's state loan programme for MSMEs. However, the planned interest rate reduction was already announced on 27 October 2017 (cf. press release).
