In Resolution No. 1200 dated 14 November 2014, the Russian Government announced federal subsidies targeting Russian engineering companies to partly compensate costs of acquiring specialized software. The aim is to make specialized software more accessible to especially small and medium enterprises in engineering and industrial design.
