In November 2009, the Eurasian Economic Union initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in June 2011. In July 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended in July 2016. In April 2021, a new sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2021. In August 2026, a sunset review was initiated.
