July 13th, 2017 - Datong City in China's Shaanxi province announced it would be enacting the State Council's Announcement No.5/2017 on a local level, despite no such edict from the provincial government. Eligible foreign firms will have access to a government-sponsored 'investment fund', as well as tax breaks and guidance in setting up business in the Chinese market.
