April 7th, 2017 - Jiangsu provincial government releases its version of the PRC State Council's Announcement No5/2017. The provincial level release also calls for various loan guarantees, tax reductions and exemptions, as well as the potential authorisation of government funding for companies that focus on drawing in foreign capital and expertise.
