The Government of Brazil announced a temporary import tariff quota on human serum albumin, certain synthetic filament yarn, chemical preparations for photographic uses, enzymatic preparation of glucose, human blood, ametrine, polymers of vinyl chloride, certain articles of stone or of other mineral substances and electrical apparatus for switching or protecting electrical circuits
