Indonesia: Eased company registration renewal procedure in 2017

On 17 February 2017, the Indonesian Ministry of Trade announced regulation 08/M-DAG/PER/2/2017 amending its previous regulation 37/M-DAG/PER/9/2007 on the company registration procedure.

The 2007 regulation was previously amended in 2015 with respect to large foreign investments (cf. related measures).
