9th January 2017 - The Henan Provincial Government published its version of the PRC Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's plan to integrate technology and industry (see related state act).
The targets are broadly the same, but the mechanisms planned to implement the strategy are more specific, with the provision of 'equity and debt finance' and various subsidies.
