Brazil: Second update on goods covered by the Program of Support to the Technological Development of the Semiconductor Industry (PADIS)

On February 7, 2013, the Brazilian government passed Decree number 7.913 which updated and expanded the list of goods under its "Program of Support to the Technological Development of the Semiconductor Industry" (PADIS). PADIS was originally established in 2007. Its main instrument is tax and social insurance contribution relief to participating firms.
