EU: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of hand pallet trucks and their essential parts from China and from Thailand following an anti-circumvention investigation

In June 2009, the European Commission initiated a sunset review of the definitive antidumping duty imposed. In October 2011, the definitive duty was extended on imports of the subject good from China. A definitive duty on imports of the subject good from Thailand was imposed following an anti-circumvention investigation and was also extended in October 2011. In December 2017, the definitive duty was extended following the conclusion of a sunset review. In November 2022, a sunset review concerning imports from China was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in February 2024.
