Mexico: Termination of definitive countervailing duty on imports of amoxicillin trihydrate from India (termination without duty concerning imports from China)

In July 2011, the government of Mexico initiated a new anti-subsidy investigation and definitive duties were imposed in November 2017. A sunset review was initiated in November 2017 and extended the duty in November 2018. In November 2022, a sunset review was initiated. In November 2023, the definitive duty was terminated.
