In September 2014, the government of Ukraine initiated a new anti-subsidy investigation. In November 2015, a definitive duty was imposed. In January 2021, the definitive duty was terminated.

Anti-subsidy
On 18 September 2014,the Ukrainian authorities initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of cars from Russia. The products subject to investigation are classified under HS code 8703.
