In November 2009, the European Commission initiated a new anti-dumping investigation. The definitive antidumping duty imposed in 2014 was extended in May 2017 following the conclusion of a sunset review. In April 2022, a new sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2023.
