India: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of axles for trailers from China

In December 2015, the government of India initiated a new anti-dumping investigation. In November 2016, a definitive duty was imposed. In April 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2022. In September 2020, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from China was initiated. In September 2021, the definitive duty was extended to imports from China following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In March 2026, a sunset review was initiated.
