On 1 January 2012 entered into force Decree No.1739 of 31 December 2011 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Decree No. 1739 was abolished by Decree No. 1598 of 31 December 2013 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
