EU: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain stainless steel tube and pipe butt-welding fittings from China and Chinese Taipei and definitive countervailing duty on imports originating from Malaysia

In October 2015, the European Commission initiated an antidumping investigation. In January 2017, a definitive duty was imposed. In January 2022, a sunset review was initiated. In June 2022, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Malaysia was initiated. In March 2023, a definitive countervailing duty was imposed.
