On 13 December 2013, the Ministry of Commerce announced the 2014 first batch export quota on several non-ferrous metals. Comparing to the numbers in the 2013 second batch announcement, there is an average of 73% increase in export quota. However, the export quota on Molybdenum oxides and hydroxide decreased 17.8%.
