On 21 December 2012, the Ministry of Commerce announced the first batch export quota on several non-ferrous metals for 2013. Compared to the numbers in the 2012 second batch announcement, there is an average of 48% increase in export quota. However, quotas on Molybdenum has decreased 23%.
New quotas and changes include: quota in tons, (changes in tons)
