Canada: Initiation and subsequent termination of anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain oil country tubular goods from India, Indonesia, the Philippines, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vietnam

In July 2014, the Canadian authorities initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain oil country tubular goods from India, Indonesia, the Philippines, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vietnam. In December 2014, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Ukraine, and Vietnam, and the investigation was terminated on imports from the Republic of Korea and Türkiye. In March 2015, the anti-subsidy investigation and a provisional anti-subsidy duty were terminated on imports of the subject good from the Philippines, Thailand and Ukraine. In April 2015, the anti-subsidy investigation and a provisional anti-subsidy duty were terminated on imports of the subject good from India, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
