In July 2014, the Canadian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain oil country tubular goods from Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vietnam. In December 2014, a provisional duty was imposed. In April 2015, a definitive duty was imposed. In February 2020, a sunset review was initiated. In December 2020, the definitive duty on imports from Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vietnam was extended for a new period, and the definitive duty on imports from the Philippines was terminated. In December 2025, a sunset review was initiated on imports from Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vietnam.
