Canada: Extension of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain oil country tubular goods from Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vietnam, as well as termination of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports from the Philippines

In July 2014, the Canadian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain oil country tubular goods from Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vietnam. In December 2014, a provisional duty was imposed. In April 2015, a definitive duty was imposed. In February 2020, a sunset review was initiated. In December 2020, the definitive duty on imports from Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vietnam was extended for a new period, and the definitive duty on imports from the Philippines was terminated. In December 2025, a sunset review was initiated on imports from Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vietnam.
