Canada: Definitive anti-subsidy duty on imports of certain corrosion-resistant steel sheet from Turkiye, as well as initiation and subsequent termination of anti-subsidy investigation on imports from Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates

In November 2019, Canada initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain corrosion-resistant steel sheet from Turkiye, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates. In March 2020, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from Turkiye. In November 2020, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from Turkiye, while the investigation on imports from Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates was terminated. In September 2025, a sunset review was initiated on imports from Turkiye.
