United States of America: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of hard empty capsules from Brazil, China, India, and Vietnam

In November 2024, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of hard empty capsules from Brazil, China, India, and Vietnam. In May 2025, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from Brazil, China, India, and Vietnam. In February 2026, a definitive duty was imposed.
