United States of America: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids from China, as well as initiation of anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Thailand and Vietnam

In June 2024, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids from China. In December 2024, a provisional duty was imposed. In May 2025, a definitive duty was imposed. In July 2025, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Thailand and Vietnam was initiated. In February 2026, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from China was initiated.
