In October 2009, the European Commission imposed a definitive duty. In October 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2015. In December 2020, the definitive duty was terminated. In June 2021, the definitive duty was repealed following the ECJ ruling in case C-324/19 of 4 February 2021.
