EU: Extension of definitive antidumping duties on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of stainless steel from China

In September 2010, the European Commission initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in December 2011. In March 2018, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review initiated in December 2016. In March 2023, a sunset review was initiated.
