United States of America: Preliminary countervailing duty on imports of certain brass rod from the Republic of Korea and definitive countervailing duty on imports from India and Israel

In May 2023, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain brass rod from India, Israel, and the Republic of Korea. In September 2023, a provisional countervailing duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In February 2024, a definitive duty was imposed on imports originating from India. In September 2024, a definitive duty on imports originating from Israel was imposed.
