In February 2023, the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) signed a loan agreement of USD 300 million with MUFG Bank, Ltd. The loan is for financing part of the funds needed for the acquisition of Goshawk Management Limited (GML) by a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing Company, Ltd.
