United States of America: Defintive countervailing duty on imports of sodium nitrite from India and Russia

In February 2022, the United States initiated a countervailing investigation on imports of sodium nitrate from India and Russia. Notably, on the same day, an antidumping investigation on the subject good was initiated, see related state act. In April and June 2022, a provisional duty was imposed on Russia and India respectively. In August 2022, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from Russia. In February 2023, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from India.
