United States of America: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of sodium nitrite from Russia and India

In February 2022, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of sodium nitrite from India and Russia. Notably, on the same day, a countervailing investigation on the subject good was initiated, see related state act.  In August 2022, a provisional duty was imposed on the imports of the subject goods from India. In November 2022, a definitive duty was imposed on the imports of the subject goods from Russia. In February 2023, a definitive duty was imposed on the imports of the subject goods from India.
