United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duties on imports of polyester textured yarn from India and China

In November 2018, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of polyester textured yarn from India and China. The investigation is still in progress. In July 2019, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In January 2020, a definitive duty was imposed. In December 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2025.
