United States of America: Extension of countervailing duties on imports of polyester textured yarn from China and India

In November 2018, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of polyester textured yarn from China and India. The investigation is still in progress. In May 2019,, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In January 2020, a definitive duty was imposed. In December 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2025.
