United States of America: Extension of definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from China, Germany, India, Italy, Rep of Korea and Switzerland

In May 2017, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from China, Germany, India, Italy, Rep. of Korea and Switzerland. The investigation is still in progress. In November 2017, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In June 2018, a definitive duty was imposed. In January 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in February 2024.
