United States of America: Extension of definitive antidumping duties on imports of certain amorphous silica fabric from China

In February 2016, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain amorphous silica fabric from China. Notably, on the same day, a countervailing investigation on the subject good was initiated, see related state act. In September 2016, a provisional duty was imposed. In March 2017, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2021, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from China was initiated. In February 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2022.
