United States of America: Extension of definitive countervailing duties on imports of certain amorphous silica fabric from China

In February 2016, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain amorphous silica fabric from China. Notably, on the same day, an antidumping investigation on the subject good was initiated, see related state act. In July 2016, a provisional duty was imposed. In March 2017, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2021, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from China was initiated. In February 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2022.
